Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. We do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, a refund may be issued upon inspection and approval.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:
Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)
Personal care goods (like beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept exchanges for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request an exchange and, once approved, place a new order for the item.
Refunds (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)
If your return is related to a damaged or defective product, we’ll notify you after we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
