All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Local (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues or customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if available. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Carriers may vary depending on your shipping location.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Miss Zuha is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at misszuha.pk@gmail.com, and we will try our best to assist you.

Courier service issues
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Customs clearance (for international orders)
